Day Out with Thomas

The whole family went out today to see Thomas. The boys were really looking forward to it all week. I was a little worried about what I was going to do with Brady a few weeks ago, because he wasn't going to be able to go on Thomas if he was still pooping in his underwear. However, he has turned that around big time and has now been pooping on the potty for over 2 weeks. Yeah!! So, basically as part of his reward, we took both him and Isaac to see Thomas. The boys just LOVED it. We also had wonderful weather, finally!!

This picture was just too cute. I was trying to get a picture of Isaac in front of the HUGE train wheel, and for some reason he made this weird face.

Isaac really LOVED the trains. He went into one of the engines and sat done in the engineers seat.

I think we are finally done!!!

I think Brady is finally done with potty training. He has now gone poopy on the potty for over a week now!!! Which is perfect because I had hoped to be able to take him to Thomas this Friday. Last weekend I had told Brady that we couldn't go poopy in his underwear at Grandma's house because he was staying there for the weekend. I think it finally sunk in because he hasn't gone in his underwear since that weekend. So, now all 4 of us will have the opportunity to go see Thomas on Friday.

Isaac was cold

Isaac was cold, so I told him to go and get a long sleep shirt. He came down the stairs with this.

Bowling outing

Today, I had the day off so I took the boys bowling. All summer long, you can have kids bowl for free at various bowling alleys. Check out more details at kidsbowlfree.com. We went to Ashwaubenon Lanes. We were the only ones there for most of the time.

Above is Isaac. This was the first time that we didn't use the ramps. At first the boys were just pushing the ball, but then Isaac starting actually throwing the ball. Not like you should, but he was having fun.

Brady was really starting to get into it as well. However, we weren't even done with the first game and Brady was complaining he was hungry. So, since it was close to lunch time and we still had another game to bowl, I decided to get some food. Brady ate a little bit and then didn't want to bowl or eat anymore. I thought that was kind of weird, but didn't think much of it. Isaac and I just bowled his game. A little while later, Brady was laying down on the chairs, and a couple minutes after that he was sleeping. I should have taken his picture, but I didn't think of it until just now. Oh well. Isaac and I had a good time and Brady got some sleep he needed.
