One, two, go

I don't have a lot of video of this, but this video shows somewhat of what the boys were doing. They were somewhat distracted when daddy was leaving to go to work. Basically, one of the boys would stand on the rocking chair and say "one, two, go", then the other kid would start running into the kitchen and come back. Then the boy who was running would stand on the chair and the other one would do the running. What also was really cute was when it was Isaac's turn, Isaac would say "I-I's turn".




Isaac also got distracted the first time around because he is used to the camera being on top of the cabinet by the phone, so when I take it down to use it, he gets upset because it isn't where it is supposed to be.

Future musicians??

Isaac and Brady received some instruments for Christmas this year from Grandma and Grandpa Neuser. They have taken to them pretty quickly. I really enjoy watching Brady get into playing his harmonica. He even closes his eyes. Isaac likes hitting the drum with the morroco instead of the drum stick.

Isaac's first movie

Isaac got a hold of the camera and was able to create a movie. Hope you enjoy his first movie. He actually took about 5 of them, but this one was one of the longer and cuter ones.

Birthday party

The boys really had a great time at their birthday party yesterday and they got a lot of wonderful gifts. Here are some pictures and a short video.





Unfortunately, I didn't get everyone singing "Happy Birthday" to them, or blowing out the first candle, but you can see the rest of it anyways.

Happy Birthday

Happy Birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you. Yes, today is the boys' 3rd birthday. Hard to believe they are 3 already. Boy, time sure does fly. Unfortunately daddy had to work today, so it has just been me and my boys. We are getting ready for the party at our house tomorrow afternoon. You are all welcome to come if you wish. After the party, if anyone wants to come for the Packer-Giant game, you are also welcome to come. We should have a few people staying for that. It should be a great day, especially if when the Packers win.

3 year checkup

Today the boys had their 3 year checkup at the doctor. Isaac did a really good job listening to what he doctor wanted him to do. Brady on the other hand did a lot of crying and complaining. First he didn't want to have his clothes off, then he wouldn't sit on the table to be examined. He had to sit on my lap. Then he wouldn't open his eyes so the doctor could look at them. But, after all that, both boys checked out fine. We are going to put Isaac on a multi-vitamin to see if that helps with his chewing on wood things all the time. His crib is going to have a hole chewed threw it one of these days. (Yes, they are still in their cribs.) They haven't even tried climbing out since that one time Isaac did it.

One year anniversary

Can you believe it has been one year since I started posting on this blog? I can't. It is fun to see how much the boys have changed though throughout the past year. Here is to another event filled year.

Just my size

I didn't realize there was enough room in the bottom cupboard for Brady to fit, but I guess there is.
Is there room for me?

Isaac tried to get in there as well, but there wasn't room for two.

New towels

The boys received new bath towels for Christmas. Isaac didn't like using it the first time after his bath until his brother didn't have a problem using his own. Then they both enjoyed running around the house with them. Here are some pictures. Unfortunately, I don't have any of Isaac from the front because he wouldn't cover up. I only have pictures of Isaac from the back side. Here they are.

Dancing

This was taken a little while ago, but thought it was cute. I think Brady came over to Isaac and started holding his hands and they started dancing with each.

Past weekend

It has been awhile since my last post. It has been somewhat busy with the holidays and all. The past weekend was nice, but also busy. We were invited to 2nd cousin Megan's 2nd birthday at Chuck E Cheese on Saturday. The boys had a great time. I forgot my camera, so I don't have any pictures to post. They really enjoyed playing the video games and knocking ducks over in the duck game.

Sunday my mom came over to visit for a little while and then we were invited over to Dave and Linda's for dinner and to watch some football. Dinner was really good and the boys had a good time playing over there. But they were pooped out when we returned home. It was a late night for them and mommy. All three of us went straight to bed.
