Fun with Hangers

New bathroom

Today and tomorrow I have the day off, so I decided I was finally going to paint the upstairs bathroom and make some changes. The bathroom turned out great! I will post pictures soon. I just have a couple more things to do in there, and then I will post them. While I was busy working, Shawn took the boys to the NEW Zoo for a short time.

Visit with the Speech Therapist

Today Kim, the boys speech therapist came out to work with the boys. Isaac showed Kim all the words he knows. Brady was his normal shy self for the first 15 minutes or so, but then he warmed up. He even spoke quite a few words as well. I think he counted to six even. He can definitely count to two, but then Kim counted and he repeated her. It was pretty cute.

The boys really enjoy jumping off of the stairs. Brady is getting really good at actually jumping off, Isaac just walks off the stairs. They are both so cute.

Towels

I bought some new towels for my bathroom because I am going to paint the walls and wanted to redo the decor. The bag was just sitting in the living room, and of course the boys got into the bag. Brady decided to put them all on top of the coffee table and then sit among them. It was too cute, so I took a picture.

Good night

The boys were so cute. They had brought down pillows from our bedroom and found some towels that I hadn't gotten the chance to put away from laundry that day. The boys decided that these towels were the perfect size for a blanket, so they laid down on the pillows and wanted to be covered up with the "blankets". Here are some pictures.

The Wojo's came into town a few months ago to watch the boys while SHawn and I went bowling. Before we left, they were all playing on the bed. Here is a video from that time.

House full of sick boys

Well, this has been a bad week for my family. It started out on Wednesday morning when Shawn wasn't feeling well. He had a hard time breathing, so he went to urgent care and got an inhaler as well as a prescription for some antibiotics. He didn't go into work that night either. He actually hasn't gone into work since Tuesday night. This morning at 2 am, Isaac woke up crying, so I went in to check on him and calm him back down to go to sleep and found that he was burning up. I took his shirt off and took his temperature to find that it read 101.8, and that wasn't even probably a very accurate reading. I gave him so motrin and he laid right back down to sleep, which was nice. Brady woke up pretty early this morning as well, before I even went to work. Shawn said that both boys had a temperature when they woke up, so they were on Motrin most of the day. Tonight now, I put the boys to bed about 7:30, but Brady keeps waking up. They are both really warm again tonight. I have given both of them another dosage of Motrin so hopefully that will bring their fevers back down. Both the boys weren't themselves at all today. I hope they are able to kick this thing quicker than their father.
